What do you like best about Textline?

I use Textline to communicate with customers and within the company. I find texting allows me to reach customers who may not answer a call, letting me send questions or information directly in a format they can read and reply to on their schedule. Textline is easy to use from my desktop and cellphone and enables me to share conversations with colleagues. It's great that customers can easily send photos, which is much simpler than email. The ability to text from a desktop instead of just a cellphone is a game changer for me, making it easier to share and move photos and documents to a job folder. The Textline app also keeps me in touch when I'm away. Although I struggled a little very early on, the setup has proven to be easy since then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textline?

I could be mistaken, but when I reply on Textline using the app on my cellphone, it appears the sent-from number shares my cell number. It would be nice if we could keep that private more easily. What do you like best about Textline?

I use Textline to communicate with my customers, which is great for confirming deliveries and scheduling appointments. I like that it allows our office staff and drivers to see all communications with customers, as we all have the ability to see the same thread. I appreciate that I can access Textline from my computer and from my phone. I love how we are able to use our landline phone number to communicate via text. What do you dislike about Textline?

What do you like best about Textline?

I appreciate Textline for making the text chat process for customer service and technical issues really helpful and quick. I love that I can come back to the conversation when I have time without worrying about a system timing out. This means I can continue my work and return when I can move forward with the help provided. The biggest benefits for our team are the speed and clarity it brings. I like the shortcuts and dashboard, which help me see information quickly and speed up use. I really love the ability to customize. I find the filtering options in Textline could be improved. Specifically, filters for date (month and year) and an agent option in the 'Sort by' field are lacking. What do you like best about Textline?

I like the ease of the user interface. It's really simple, clear to understand. I like how it highlights who needs to respond to you urgently and tells us if it's a landline. What do you like best about Textline?

I like that I can communicate directly with each employee and also send group messages for announcements. There are reminders for out-of-office alerts, and I can also send attachments, which is great. I appreciate the organization of Textline, where I can filter messages by status like pending, done, or resolved. It really feels like using an actual phone. Saving contacts and organizing them into several groups is very useful. Plus, the initial setup was extremely easy and very practical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textline?

I definitely wish we could send audio recordings to users, and make attaching things a bit easier, or receiving attachments a bit easier. Not much of a problem with the attachments, just the audio. I think sending the audios will be extremely beneficial for us. Some employees might not know how to read necessarily. Or if you're sending a long paragraph trying to describe a situation or explaining your thoughts or ideas, it might be a bit hard to read. And sending an audio seems a bit quicker to us.
